• We welcome online, email, phone, and faxed orders.
• Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Packages will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex
• Actual shipping charges may be less than stated in our check-out page, and will be reflected in your credit card charge.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard payment for online orders.
• Our site is secure, and orders are carefully processed by qualified QT staff.
• If we make a mistake on your order, please email us at info@quiltedtreasures.net or call us at 763-428-1952 so we can correct it promptly.
• We do not accept returns on books, patterns or fabric cuts.
• Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

If you are a QT Club Card member, please note the last 6 digits of your Club Card number found on the back of your card, and fabric purchases will be added when your order is processed.
