Quilted Treasures welcomes you to the Quilt Gallery Series!
Quilt Gallery was started when a group of shop owner friends were sharing thoughts about the unique qualities of each of our shops, and how our fabric selection and design tastes are so different. That lead to the idea of highlighting our creative differences by each designing a quilt using an inspiration block. The Martha Washington Star is our first selected block, and we will offer five more blocks with 55 more quilt designs in our Gallery series.

QT Quilt Gallery patterns were designed by Mary Wilberg, owner of Quilted Treasures. Established in 1998, this 4500 bolt shop is located just 30 minutes west of Minneapolis, 40 minutes from the Mall of America, and just 5 minutes from the Rogers Cabelas. Quilters take advantage of seasonal bus hops, lakeside retreats, and many in-shop monthly gatherings. Baby Charlie is the fifth of six quilts designed for the Quilt Gallery Series.
This quilt features the simple Churn Dash block with just a few Nine Patch blocks mixed into the center of the quilt to create a mosaic design. The mosaic design of the quilt was inspired by a trip to Italy where I viewed beautiful tiled floors in the Florence Duomo.
